Cons: It doesn't have a elvator, so not suitable for those who have heavy luggages! the stair case is also old without maintainance and seemed it will collapse at anytime. it's noisy cuz the room is facing atocha ave and there are immature/drunk guest playing loudly in side the house. so those can't sleep with noise please don't try. i had biz trip for 3 wks, it's also the only one to ask me to pay in advance!
