Warm welcome, spacious and very nice room, nice lobby and good atmosphere in the hotel. Very good quality of food and service. Only the breakfast aera would need an extensive cleaning (especially the dust in the shelf behind the buffet - looks like it had never been dusted before) If matching with our schedule, we will come back soon!

Cons: *room not ready on check in at 2.30pm * charge applied to final bill for tea/coffee provided while waiting for room * swimming pool crowded and unsupervised *insufficient seating in conservatory area * insufficient staff in public areas to clear tables etc. *hotel does nor merit 5 star rating
