 "I have booked a triple room on-line, and confirm with a credit card"
Pros: I have booked a triple room on-line, and confirm with a credit card. we reached to botanizue at 10:30am on 28.9.2011. after rang the bell and standing outside for 30 mins, the main door opened by a man. he said no staff would serve us cause it's too early. later, i left down all our luggages and confirmation (in paper) and said that we would return at night. when we went back to the hostel at 8:00pm, another man said that the hostel was full and ask us going to another hostel called hostel brussels-louise. after 30 mins by taxi(of course the fee was free), we reached to another hostel. the room was dirty and horrible. there were only 1 toilet and bathroom for 8 unrecognized persons. the toilet was dirty too. it was the worst hostel that i ever lived.it added bad experience in my trip. i want to know that what's the function of the confirmation. i have used my credit card to reserve the room but still failed. how can i believe in your service next time?

 "The staffs of botanique are kind,friendly and warm"
Pros: The staffs of botanique are kind,friendly and warm. i had a great stay in this hostel. i booked for a single room, but they offered me a double room, and no more money was charged. i did appreciate their caring in bruxelles.
Cons: Actually, everything was wonderful while my stay in botanique.
