Staff are really friendly, hotel and rooms are clean, location is very central my only negative review would be it was on a main road so very busy and noisy and in the hotel itself you could hear people coming in and doors slamming etc so if you are a light sleeper like myself a one night stay was more than enough!

Conveniently located and very friendly staff. The room was much nicer than I was expecting and the only down side were the people banging their suitcases down the stairs at 6am. Will definitely stay here again!

One night wasn't long enough to take full advantage of all Hazelbrook House had to offer but what we saw we enjoyed. Staff were lovely. Room was more than adequate. Breakfast was tasty. Would go back!

Room was clean enough, but very basic. Walls a bit thin and some noise from the road but after I got some earplugs I slept better. breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly. I feel it is a bit overpriced for what it is, but with a good location and if u don't mind basic I'd give it a go.

Rooms are very clean but small. Excellent breakfast ( Full Irish and continental) served every morning. People in the reception are polite and disponible, they help us a lot of times. Room cleaning every day and the location is ok (o connel street 5 minutes, Temple Bar 10 min)

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpfull. there was a kettle, tea and coffee, sugar in rooms. typical irish breakfast was full

Pros: The location of hazelbrook house is excellent. the airport bus stops just opposite the guest house. the reception staff were friendly and informative, they told us of a really good italian located just around the corner. our room, thankfully around the back was reasonably sized. it was clean and each day of our stay we had clean towels. the bathroom was good with a shower and there was hot running water. the irish cooked breakfast set us up nicely for a days walking around the city. from hazelbrook house it's a 10 minute stroll into grafton street.
Cons: The only negative things to say about the hazelbrook house is the guest house does appear a little tired, our mattress was a little soft and they do need to change their coffee brand in the dining room. it was a weak. but then a stroll up to bewley's coffee house didn't take long in the morning.
saying all that ~ we would stay again.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for access to the centre of dublin. breakfast was very nice as well!
Cons: The first night we stayed our room was fine but the following week when we returned for our last night in ireland the room we were given was horrible. residents had been smoking and the hallway and room smelled strongly of smoke. we ended up not staying the night and found other accomodation, but on the positive side the staff were very apologetic.
