 "Disappointing and overpriced"
This hotel which is rather a flat / apartment is overpriced and the room is quite small. there is no lift. Wifi is payable and pricy. The location Is almost 10 mins to the tube, Victoria. There is no take away restaurant in the vicinity

 "I feel ripped off"
when I was searching for a hotel this one seemed promising based on details locations and pictures. HOWEVER, I was not impressed at all with the reality. The smelly tiny room was in the basement and we had to walk through a horrid urine smell to get to our room! There was damp. The sheets had stains on them! The bathroom was two floors away, which was 4 sets of stairs!!! I was disgusted and would never recommend this to anyone despite the great location it was not worth it. I've stayed in better equipped and better staffed hostels!!

 "Nice hostel with reasonable price"
Service was nice and the room was clean and cozy. It wasn't the first class room, but the price and room/service quality were really ok. So, I really enjoyed my stay there.

 "Nice little hotel"
We requested for a double en-suite bedroom and was given a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, which was spacious enough for two of us, but for a family it could be a little packed.Goods:- Spacious room (for 2 people)- Clean- Wash basin by entrance of room, with a microwave and cutleries for use- Only 8 mins walk from Victoria station- Near to restaurantsBads:- Cleaners "raided" into our room before the check out time (10am)- Noisy (as the hotel is situation on a busy road, but its in Victoria, so everywhere is equally busy)- Could get quite cold at night- They do provide storage for luggages, but it's NOT FREE like other hotels I've been to (each luggage costs 2 pounds)- A knife fell from the overhead cupboard when we opened it, luckily neither of us got hurt (phew...)

The location is superb.had a room with no window - it was stinking of mold. the bathroom was Shared and in terrible condution.unhygenic! Didnt feel save with basically no lock on the door.the Air was terrible.Quite hard to breath.

 "Bad hotel conveniently situated"
Our room was in the stairwell. It was with bathroom but not clean. Every piece of furniture was dusty. The walls and ceiling were peeling and humidity.The only possitive thing of the hotel, apart from its location, is that there is no carpet in the floor.If you can, look for another accomodation in the same location.

 "terrible but goog end !!!"
we don't like the room and we wait to have our room. we had to go to an other hotel because belgravia didn't keep our reservation. they gave us a room which didn't correspond to our reservation so they rented a room in an other hotel which was very good.

Cons: Not exactly as described on webpage but
however ideal for
sightseeing and short stay if not planning on spending much time at the hotel.

Pros: Good location- 5 minute to underground/overground/bus station, clean, friendly staff, use of tv kettle microwave etc. would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap basic room for a few nights in london. can't complain about anything.

Pros: It was a nice hotel with a nice kean staff. but the room was not the same as described on wwebsite.
