Cons: When we arrived at the stay smart harlem the apartment was roasting hot and the heating system was so noisey and it was in bedroom to we expressed our concern at the time and the girl said 'i recommend you open a window' so we left it, that night the loud noise was so loud we could not sleep its was awful. the next day i e.mailed the hotel and they offered us another room but said we would need to another 300 dollers and the new apartment would have been further away from the centre. we decided to sleep in the living to get away from the noise but the pull out bed in the living room was so uncomfortable and gave us both a sore back. the location of the apartment was a few blocks from the subay which was fine during the day felt unsafe at night. also the redicicously high deposit we had to pay we didn't get it back till a week later. i would not recommend this place.
Cons: If you only had coded doors you could send the code and we could have locked ourselves into the appartment. instead of you having to wait for people to arrive. in this case you could also avoid the problems with late arrivals.
Cons: Area does not have a good quality supermarket
