Pros: A gorgeous boutique hotel and such a refreshing change from the bland and forgettable chain hotels. loved the bathroom, and the free happy hour in the lovely bar and outdoor area.

 "I thought is was a cool funky hotel in a great location"
Pros: I thought is was a cool funky hotel in a great location. the staff were friendly and helpful. its definitely more geared to young couples and singles. the furnishings in the room were arty and i could tell they are going for the modern bohemian look. bed was huge clean and comfy. the location was in the heart of all things cool in south beach. the hallways were kind of dark and some corners had obviously been cut in renovating, but still it was a decent place to stay.
Cons: Try not to book rooms close to the lobby which shares its space with the hotel bar. those wanting an early night sleep might find it hard with music coming from the bar.

I thought is was a cool funky hotel in a great location

The star class of Hotel Chelsea ensures a degree of opulence for your stay. This is also a great location from which to walk to landmarks such as Old City Hall, Ocean Drive, and Casa Casuarina. Wolfsonian-FIU and Bass Museum of Art are worth visiting, and are located close by. Visit Columbus Monument for some nice memories of your Miami Beach visit. Conference delegates for Miami Beach Convention Centre will find themselves only a short distance from the venue.

Hotel Chelsea has a restaurant and a bar/lounge on-site. Beneficial services such as laundry service and a concierge service, along with a dry cleaning/laundry service, can be to your advantage. A variety of travellers are welcome here, for example business guests have a business center at their disposal. There are 42 well appointed rooms. A free airport shuttle bus can add convenience to your visit if you need to get around. Another facility available to you here is a paid valet parking service, in case you come by car.

The feel of the air is always pleasant in your Hotel Chelsea room, thanks to good air conditioning. Beware that you may never want to leave your room: wireless high-speed Internet access (complimentary) is included for your convenience.
