Pros: The porters and door staff were very kind and helpful.
Cons: It was extremely cold when i stayed. the sheets had some stains on. there was no breakfast included as promised. the upstairs deck was in complete disrepair. on one occasion i saw bugs on my floor. i could hear the cleaner banging about down the corridor most of the day...the rooms were very noisy.

Cons: Music too loud til 3 am, could hear the people staying above us til early in the morning. water in shower was scalding hot at times. rooms are small. no breakfast. resort fee not good.
