Pros: The staff and location were excellent great value for money , breakfast although continental was very satisfactory cleanliness of room very good alban on reception was extremely helpful and friendly as were the cleaning staff they are a credit to the hotel........ on the whole ok if you call it a ' hostel ' and not a hotel as we know in uk
Cons: The hotel rooms are in dire need of a refurb . they lack the modern faciliites that one expects in 2010 . shower far to small . t.v. could not be tuned in and remote control not working.... also internet booking site needs updating as it stated booking in time from 2pm but we could not book in until 4pm this was not satisfactory as we were very tired . reception was not open til 4pm ? hanging around for 2hrs after a days travelling was no fun !
