 "No "Wow" to the "Wow" room!"
Good location and service.Room smelly and noise from the street.We had a superior "Wow" room, according to the website. Didn't look as big or as good as advertised. The bathroom was smelly and no bath in ANY superior room. The high ceiling in February meant that the heating system was insufficient.

Great location for las ramblas and night life, central to all attractions. Taxi rank just outside an train, metro and bus services just minutes away.A unique hotel with stunning architecture inside and out. Really should be a 4 star rating but no drink or food facilities there at that time of year. A special way to see Barcelona on a budget!

 "A great location"
A fantastic location, within walking distance to the central sites. The hotel can be noisy with other guests comings and goings due to the tiled floors in the corridors and the rooms. I was upgraded upon arrival to a large room at the back of the hotel.

The rooms were nice as was the staff. There will be noise from the street during the night if you front the Ramblas! We stayed there at two different times and the stays were consistent!

 "SUPERBIO!"
Along with my husband and 14 year old son we stayed in this wonderful hotel for 1 evening and it was superb. The location was exceptional and the lovely drinking areas outside it were beautiful and only a very short walk away from the Ramblas. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and gave us lots of hints and tips on places to sight see and it saved us money with their sound advice.The room,well what can I say, I know want my own bedroom to look like it- very chic and so peacefull!!

 "Value for money"
Nice n quaint looking hotel, location is quite strategic within walking distance to La Ramblas area. Standard room is rather small but Clean and comfy n plus point the shower was great as the water pressure was very good. reception was helpful. Will recommend to friends

Excellent location close to Placa Catalunya, friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, quiet at night, plenty of hot water, just all round excellent. You won't go far wrong with this place. We had a great stay.

 "I would return to this hotel on my next trip"
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful especially the guy that worked the evening shift Sept 13. Location is excellent.They don't have a parking lot but are associated to a Parking around the corner that charges 21 euros/night, and that is a good price.

nice place. but any possibility to drink something or to get a coffee in the hotel. no minibar in the room no minibar on the floor. think that should be possible without big effort.

 "AMAZING LOCATION !!"
simply amazing location in the heart of barcelona it's 2 min walking to everywhere !! amazing atmosphere and decorations its mix between the modern art and the vintage beauty, also the service is super great and the people there are so friendly well PRAKTIK is my fav hotel rightnow in barcelona :)

 "Better is not possible, more expensive yes."
We stayed 3 nights in the Praktik Hotel and everything was pefect.In the first place the friendliness of all the members of the staff.Also the breakfast nextdoor was very good. The fact that breakfast was open till 12 o'clockwas great. When you go out in the evening you do like a late breakfast!!!All our excellent rates speak for themselves.

 "Good Hotel"
This is a very good hotel in a great location. The issue we had was the breakfast sercvice that is don not in the hptel but the restuarant next door which was very ppor both in qulity and service. The hotel lets themselves down by using this arrangement. Otherwise no completes at all about the hotel itself. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband and I loved staying in this smallish hotel - the room was spotless and the whole place has a very cool, clean and funky feel to it. Our room was small but they made great use of the space and location was ideal.

HWe had just one night in Barcelona and our room at this hotel turned out to be the best of our 4 week holiday. Modern decor in a high ceilinged room which maintained its historic integrity. Great bathroom and bed.

this hotel was perfect for my stay. The front desk staff were fantastic. nothing was too much trouble and were kind and very friendly regardless of time or day.The room was only for a single and was very small (but i knew that when booking) but it was furnished very well with a fantastic bathroom and for such a small space it had everything that i needed.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. It would be even better if the noise generated by closing the door be reduced - it could be annoying when the person next door enters/leaves the room in early morning hours.

Service and location is excellent as its only a short walk to Rambles Only slightly downside was the buffet breakfast which is not in abundance if you are used to choice. Rooms are clean and comfortable
