 "noisy, unfriendly staff & friendly staff."
I had a room at the first floor oriented to the street. Noice of traffic very loud.The staff was not friendly in the morning.The staff helped me enormously with finding the right bus. That was a good experience.

It would be great to have a bike rental or free hotel bikes. The hotel is far away from the city. The shopping mall next to the hotel is fine.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Easy access to metro. Right across the street, plus a big mall which doesn't open on Sundays?? Weird. Hotel was clean, but the rooms were Sooo tiny. We had bunk beds. The bathroom was approx 2 ft by 4 ft. The shower , toilet and sink were all in one. If you are a big person, I wouldn't recommend staying there. It was a hotel uniquely for sleeping.

Pros: Very clean, modern,kind staff,good transportation from the town center but its"s also near to sweden
Cons: You have to walk about 5-10monutes from the train station, and maybe this at the winter will be a problem because the area has only new big buildings and hotels...it s a bit isolated but not far from the center with the train or meetro

Pros: Not a bad hotel although it is only rated 2 star, i stay in a cabinn size room something like in a cruise ship. still ok as i am traveling alone, and it's still ok for 2 person since you are more outside than be inside the hotel. there's a large shopping centre besides which you could buy food and water more cheaper than the outside, and beer too.
Cons: A bit outskirt looking area, but seeing that it's like a new develop area. recommended getting a travel pass so that you can easily travel by the train or metro.

next time, we will book the same hotel but not bunk beds arrangement. the continental brakfast was a great plus.
Cons: There was nothing negative. it was our mistake that we chose bunk beds.

Pros: Ok price for a small room, close to fields shopping center.
Cons: Shower head fell down from the roof when i turned on the shower. i went to the reception and told them about it. they informed me that it was bad workmanship and that it had happende to serveral other guests. one guest got injured by the shower head as well. this makes me wonder why they have not checked the other shower heads when they know this can happen to more then one room. if you want to take care of your guests, at least make sure that they are safe.
