Ignore the rather drab entrance. Behind it all is calm and just a bit different. The reception staff are friendly, charming and so helpful. Our room was large with interesting decor and a comfy sofa, a good bed with quality sheets and it was quiet. Good breakfasts in the basement with a wide selection of cooked dishes if you wanted at no extra charge. The minibars in the bedrooms are free for non alcoholic drinks. Highly recommended. Great location right in the centre.

I had not been treated so friendly in any hotel in Europe before! Trully great place with very pleasant, helpful staff. They answered our emails promptly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Letizia and Natalie! Breakfast was also very tasty, great choice, nice breakfast room. The bedroom was not very big but comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious enough. Location cannot be better. Definitely my choice for any trips to Milan in the future.

Pros: The location was perfect. the staff, barbara, juliana, and mara were exceptional and provided every assistance willingly, and joyfully. the breakfasts were excellent as was the staff. the chambermaid also couldn't be faulted. and the piece de resistance was that beverages and snacks from the room fridge, or the parlor were all complimentary!

Pros: Our stay at spadari was one of our best experiences of italy. the ladies at the reception were very nice, always smiling and greeting guests and offering any assistance. we have already recommended this fine hotel to our family and friends and we cannot wait to come back to milan and stay at spadari again.
