Cons: The staff was not friendly at all.
Cons: The staff (the afternoon lady) was moody as she was too busy to help us with information. on the other hand, the guy in the night was very smiling and helpful, that's why i didn't give a worst rank for staff. i didn't tried the breakfast, but i should say that is better to pay 5 euros more in the hotel fare than having those "no breakfast" deal available. the room shakes a bit when the metro is passing by (bit annoying). no duvets available, just wool blankets (bad for alergic ones- me). anyway, there were people staying there for the 4th time...guess it's a matter of taste
Cons: Walls are very thin,you could hear everything the other guests were doing in the rooms next door,also the metro goes under the hotel so you could hear that and the hotel shook a little when one did.
