Pros: I am a weekly business traveler, and this is one of the best experiences i have had in hotel accommodations worldwide! the service (particularly from the front desk, but also from the bellmen and food servers) was outstanding - they really anticipated our needs; the suite was impeccable - the bmw suite was made just for me, it seems; and the food served at the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! i would recommend this property to all of my friends and colleagues, and although i have stayed at four seasons, ritz, intercontinental, waldorf=astoria and other world-class hotels, i must say that in my opinion, the atlantic kempinski hamburg beats them all!
Cons: The only negative aspect was that they were undergoing construction at the time, and it was a bit noisy from time to time, and we had to navigate around construction materials on one occasion.
