Pros: Yes,the ladies in the breakfast room were most accommadating,and friendly, the breakfast very good
Cons: A couple of things 1) the booking confirmation stated that there was parking available, nothing about pre-booking, when requested none was avaiable, althought there was a parking garage close by, the directions given were poor, and with all the one way streets it was a nightmare to find it, 2) the room was infested with mosquitoes , when reported, i was informed that brugge has a lot of water and one must expect mosquitoes, they should warn and provide some sort of deterent.

Pros: The hotel is located in a fantastic location for sightseeing. the staff speak numerous languages and were very helpful and efficient. the breakfast can really be recommended - for the price it is good value for money and caters for everybody's needs.
Cons: The furnishings are in need of replacement and are a bit tatty but the beds and rooms were comfortable and clean and we were happy with the hotel overall

once we got used to it it seemed better than our first impression. the breakfast was good. location is excellent
Cons: the garden was rather tired and uncared for, the carpets were quite heavily used and none to clean, some of the corridors rather dark and long. the lift was not working. we booked a three bed room, and were told that only the apartment was available. when we said the apartment was too big for our needs, we were shown a three bed room, but only at the price of the apartment.

Pros: Really central, so easy to access everything in the centre of town.
Cons: Service was satisfactory but they did not leave any towels in our room. i asked reception to put some in our room and they forgot so we had to drip dry after a shower!
