Pros: Ambitious staff, beautiful rooms
Cons: Understaffed, not so well kept facilities, too small breakfast room

Pros: Convenient location for central london. clean room. friendly guy at reception.
Cons: Traffic noise, kettle provided but no tea or milk, air con not plugged in.

Cons: Needs a paint up in the reception area

Pros: Very charming, cute hotel.
Cons: No alarm clock in the room, shower leaked and there weren't enough hangers in the closet

Cons: Decor in entrance poor and became worse the higher you got no tea or coffee making facilities bath room standard very poor for an alleged four star hotel

Cons: The staff wanted to clean the room at 9.00am i think this was to early

Pros: Was moved to another room when i expressed disappointment with basement room.
Cons: Was initially put in a room in the basement, which was tiny and dark. was moved to a room on the ground floor, which was brighter but still tiny.

Cons: No waterheater at the room, late cleaning 7 in the evening.
sometimes there was no one in the reseption.

Pros: The room was clean. and it faced the back of the building, not the noisy street.
Cons: The reception area is basically a closet at the top of one flight of stairs. there is no lobby per se. we carried our bags up that flight and paid for our two nights in advance and were then given a key to room 2 which was "on the third floor" but this being europe it was the fourth floor. the staircases were uneven and narrow. when we got to the room we discovered that it was unbelievably small. you think you know what small is? try room 2 at the oppulence. the shower was tiny. very tiny. the bed however was comfortable. the tv reception was grainy and poor. the free breakfast was a sad affair with thin coffee and miserable eggs served by a very friendly and cheerful man. but we did all we could to not go back to our room during our brief stay in london and at 100 pounds per night we felt cheated. the pictures do not give an acurate portrait of what this hotel is like.

Pros: Very good location, very good breakfast, the hotel was clean.
Cons: The tv had mostly arabic channels.

Pros: The chef was terrific.breakfast fixed to order and very
good.he even came in early when we were leaving before
normal hours for a tour.
Cons: Shower the size of a postage stamp.room was up 5 flights of stairs.

Pros: The room had a balcony
Cons: Yes. they didn't have my reservation. all plugs were european. bathroom very difficult to use.
