 "Friendly staff"
The staff was very friendly and service minded, especially at breakfast. the hotel was going through renovation but that did not bother us since we did not spend much time in the room. Our room was always clean and tidy when we came back from our daily trips. Although the quality of the shower was very poor since there was practically no water, we are happy with our stay at the hotel but would have liked it to be in another neighborhood.

Cons: I booked a room in the ventures hotel when i got there the manager did not give be a room at that hotel sent me next door to their 2nd hotel that they owend the room was very small and realy in poor shape and dirty it was nothing like the room listed on the web site/they fully took advantage of me /you get what you pay for /since it was the off season i could of booked a grander hotel for $200 dollars more for the week/had breakfast at the ventures hotel it was very good the hotel was much cleaner and classy/i didnt now till the last day of my trip that the ventures hotel was better because i only was there for breakfast the last day of my stay.its like they gave me the worst room they had.

Pros: Well located, easy to get to & from. hearty breakfast, served by helpful staff.
Cons: Room a bit scruffy, although fairly cleam. bathroom very basic.

 "Helpful and friendly staff"
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. room was small but clean and tidy and ideal for my short stay. full english breakfast was better than expected.
Cons: Room not ready on arrival but this was a minor oversight which was sorted quickly with no fuss.

Cons: Staff was not very cooperative and even opening door or helping with luggage was not offered considering traveller comes after long flights

Pros: This hotel is nicely situated, with parking, and although my wife and i walk, it was only 40 minutes walk through hyde park and other lovely london points to the centre.
Cons: It is a very basic b and b. you get what you pay for, and for a budget place, it had a bed, breakfast, tv, and place to park. it simply does the job.
