It is a little hotel in the first district. Very clean, good breakfast, nice and helpfull staff. Very good value for money. And great location. I would return there again. It was very nice stay in Vienna, thank you

Cons: Just be aware that being a small hotel, the reception desk closes as early as 2:30pm some days of the week.

Pros: Nice staff, big rooms with big windows, nice breakfast. clean and well equipped, gave us extra blankets with no problem.
Cons: Internet service was intermittent, and doesn't reach all rooms even when it's working. no shutters on the windows, and the curtains don't really block light in the morning.

Pros: The hotel is in the second floor, it's new and have to say, the personnel working there is very kind and helpful. they really helped me with my bags and they made no drama when i asked them a favour. the breakfast is very good. i would stay there again and i highly recommend it.
