Conveniently located w/in 10 minute walk of tube station. Very disappointing initially. Exterior photo did not seem to match actual property. Bed linens were clean, but had to fix the box spring the first night. Bathroom was beyond tiny, shower was moldy and had a trickle of water. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, if primarily from a can. Quiet location in residential neighborhood.

It was a old but clean rooms and very nice breakfast. It´s a family-hotel with standard as home, you eat in a tradionell kitchen. The service was very good, the two who work there was very kind.The bed was very old like all other funiture so it was not so comfortable to sleep in them. But everything was very clean and fresh, ex. the towels.

Hotel was adequate; very nice residential area and building was attractive; however shower door broken, water dribbled out of shower head, toilet noisely refilled over 10-15 min., toilet leaked on floor.Easy access to Tunfell Tube Station, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was very good.EasytoBook.com had difficulty reaching hotel to reduce stay from 4 days to 3 days - requested more than 7 days in advance of our travel. I had to pay full bill the day before we left, but there was an e-mail sent to me at home (no internet access in London) the day prior to that reducing our stay to 3 days. Very inefficient reservations handling between the hotel and the booking company. Hopefully the process will run smoothly to get my refund back for the one extra day.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was fresh and more than enough. The 'bathroom' was very small and there was water dripping from the toilet and the ceiling, but well, it's an old building and we were out all day anyway. The room was too warm, but the window could be opened.There were some shops and takeaways nearby and it's a couple of minutes walk from the tube or bus stop.The free WiFi was perfect!

Cons: The room had been freshly painted and as you cannot open windows we had headaches in the morning. instant coffee for breakfast? does anyone really still do that? the noise was unbearbale with the thin walls and people shouting in the next room from 3am onwards. we only stayed two nights but had intended to stay for 7.

Pros: Each morning they served a nice breakast of weggs and bacon with toast, juice and coffee.
Cons: The room was very, very small. the toilet was difficult to flush. also this hotel is 1 and 1/2 hrs from heathrow airport which makes it difficult to get there. in addition, the room did not hava phone, so i had to use a pay phone. the hotel is not located near any places to eat, so we were forced to order pizza for dinner.

Pros: It is in a good location, close to the tube station and only 20 min away from the city centre. it is really affordable, a great price for a low budget.
Cons: Some of the staff weren't very friendly or helpful (this does not apply to all staff as some were nice). the rooms were tiny though the price is quite reasonable so only stay there if you plan to spend minimal time in your room.

Pros: We had wireless internet access in our room.
Cons: Room was so small you couldn't move and it was right outside the kitchen back door where all the staff went to smoke and talk loudly! we were woken up early on several occasions.

Pros: Breakfast was a nice experience with friendly staff. a very quiet room and warm.
Cons: There are some things that mr charlie does not want to fix, like the light over the bed: "sometimes it works sometimes not" was his answere when i asked if we could have it fixed - so very hard to read in room! same thing with the credit card machine - they did not get it to work "this time". so there was not a feeling that they really cared. same breakfast everyday - bacon and eggs and toast.
