 "In transit"
Hotel and especially the rooms (suite also) are old fashioned. Quiet rooms but bad lighting in room. Service is very good and service staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Nothing more to say!

The rooms are in need of some renovation, but are of good size though.Breakfast was very good and overall, it was of excellent value!Wi-fi was free in the lobby but was not included in the room. Bed was not very comfortable.

Good location near centrum, clean and big enough rooms, good breakfasts. If you can book it for reasonable price this hotel is a good choice. Common prices are too high for this quality. Good one but not the best one.

 "Poor service, old and loud rooms"
I am in Vienna every week for business reasons and therefore I experienced already many hotels in Vienna. Hilton Vienna Plaza had a very good offer, therefore I booked it.But I was disappointed and won't go there again due to different reasons: (1) the service - I booked business floor and they asked me which newspaper, but there was none in the morning. Furthermore I told them that I suffer from feather allergy and they put feather cushions. (2) the breakfast was really poor for a 5star hotel, no fresh fruits, the coffee was disgusting, etc. (3) the rooms were very old and "used" and (4) the business floor was very loud - traffic noise and noise from washing mashines (?).Hilton at Vienna Stadtpark is much better! I will go there next time.

 "excellent value"
The hotel is in an excellent location to start exploring Vienna, Rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and well serviced. Reception/concierge services spotless. The NASH AustrianTapas-restaurant a very pleasant surprise with excellent food. The one thing not so nice was that the chairs and tables on the sidewalk had to be vacated by 22:30 -- much too early for splendid evening temperatures.Will certainly return to this hotel.

Pros: Very friendly staff and very accomodating. extra pillows, ice, extra towles, all supplied quickly and with a smile.a very close walk to the city centre shopping, musem centre next to the old baracks.
