When making a reservation we charge 25% of the total price as a booking fee. This we do for avoiding no shows and to validate your booking. The remaining sum is payable upon arrival. In case of later cancellation than the day before arrival or in case of a no show the first night will be charged. If the guest can show a doctor´s cerificate that he/she can not travel there is no penalty but that has to be presented no later than the day before the planed arrival.
