 "Will be lovely when its finished!"
Excellent position. We had a suite which was lovely, like staying in a wooden cabin. Unfortunately they are currently undergoing extensive refurbishments which meant it was dusty, builders constantly traipsed through the hotel, water was too cold to have a bath in. Breakfast was very poor- after negotiating the building site, there was little choice of dried-up buffet. It will be a nice hotel when it's finished but they are not in a position to take customers at the moment especially those who don't want to be woken at 7am with hammering. Disappointed.

 "Very friendly and helpful receptionist"
Pros: Very friendly and helpful receptionist. the beds were very comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor deserved our thumbs up!

 "It is located at the center of the city so when you are going for a walk it..."
Pros: It is located at the center of the city so when you are going for a walk it is posible to see all center and old town buildings
Cons: They did not managed my booking correctly - instead of triple room i had double and according to this there were lots of problems
