Cons: Wifi only in public areas is very inconvenient. the windows are so drafty they might as well be open. there were bugs crawling all over the room. the maid should not be knocking on the door at 8am on a weekend. the service in the restaurant is extremely slow.
Cons: Our room was located directly next to a lift and office so was unable to open curtains.
Cons: We could hear the room next door's television.
Cons: Roomsize was very small, and there was no fridge.
Cons: Checking in was a problem as they gave me the wrong room.. ordered a ex suite, but got a club room
