 "I stayed in an executive room which was a good size, comfortable bed,..."
Pros: I stayed in an executive room which was a good size, comfortable bed, powerful shower, excellent entertainment on the box. breakfast selection in the morning was nice, from continental to traditional. all in all a very nice hotel just like the others in the chain across europe and a pleasant stay.
Cons: The website showed that there was a swimming pool at this hotel. i was disappointed that there wasn't when i arrived.

Pros: Staff was great, hotel was nice
Cons: We booked a triple, they put us in a double, and delivered a cot like bed instead of putting us in a triple, so we paid extra for a crappy bed, we asked to upgrade to the studio suite like their website says and they informed us there was no such thing. it was a crowded room. we paid for movies and internet, and music package, but the internet went out after an hour and a half, and they wouldn't compensate us
