"Excellent location"

This hotel has an excellent location. Underground and bus routes within easy reach. After booking in we realised our air conditioner was not working. Once this was reported we were quicly moved to another room, which although in the basement with no view, was a nice large and airy room. The staff were friendly at all times. We did not have breakfast at the hootel as there are numerous places at which to have good reasonably prioced breakfasts close by. We would definitely stay here again.

"London Accom during the olympics"

Perfect location, friendly staff. Happy to recommend hotel - clean and comfortable! Bathroom was a little small and pokie but we were extremely happy to get the accommodation during the olympics. Only a 5 minute walk to Bayswater tube station and 5 minute walk to kensington gardens.

"Happy stay"

Small rooms, very small bathroom but clean! which was more important to us than the size of the room. Nice room, everything worked fine.Good location, in vicinity of paddington station but nevertheless in a quiet piece of London.No regrets

Pros: The staff were very helpful, especially the porter xavier. nothing was too much trouble for him, and the reception staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Cons: We thought for a 4 star hotel there should have been bottled water available in the room, and maybe some biscuits for the tea. also, there was no hot chocolate or other kind of teas available (fruit/herb)

"Very nice clean room"

Pros: Very nice clean room. staff was very helpful. nice exterior and interior. good location.
Cons: We were 3 grown-ups in a room with a double bed and an extra bed. a bit small, had no place to put suitcases. 3 women made it a bit crowded.no chairs to sit on, just beds.

"Rooms were nice and clean"

Pros: Rooms were nice and clean. service was friendly. we had some difficulties in understanding the english of some members of the personnel.
Cons: The bed was hard. we had two rooms, the toilet in the other room did not work properly (it didn't flush well).

Pros: The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent, lots of fresh fruit and baking on the premises, very clean rooms, bathroom linen white, changed daily. excellent value for the price. gym poor, only a couple of machines but better than nothing.
