Pros: Our room was clean and the personnel were pleasant.
Cons: The price of the accommodation on offer was simply outrageous. the fact that the staff were sleeping on the sofas of the shard living room at night says everything that one needs to know about the property. it would still have been very expensive at a fifth of the price.
