 "good location but noisy room"
Located very near to Victoria Train Station, a 5 minutes walk.The location was a plus point for us as we need to depart early to airport on our last day.Friendly staffs, especially Michelle, who served the breakfast and housekeeper, thanks to her warmth hospitality, we feel at home.The minus points includes:- heater in our room is not working properly- room's carpet is kind of musty, though room and bathroom (shared) is very clean- water flowing from the sink in the room is very slow.- very noisy, you can practically hear footsteps, talking from the next door.- no elevatorOverall, it is only recommended for those who have a really tight budget and wanted a good location.

 "Good Budget Hotel for a night or so"
Easy to locate found the staff very friendly, helpful and obliging. Upgraded to an en suite room on arrival for a small extra charge, which was suited us. The beds were clean and quite comfortable but better pillows would be a big improvement. Given a key to the front door when we said we would be late back after a concert. Great location for Victoria Station.

location was the best thing in this hotel. easy walk distance to center. the walls were so thin that you could hear people talking in other room and whenever you step on the floor you could hear it cracking (needed to buy earplugs for the good sleep). shared toilets and shower were okay but not the best quality. breakfast was poor, but service was good.

Cons: I wouldn't go to this hotel never in my life again. it was like a rathole. extremely small rooms and stingy place. i was so disappointed that i was trying to move to another hotel but it was very late to find something else. the only good thinks are its location and the friendly staff. in general it was awful and their is noooooo value for money. the breakfast was ridiculous as well. it is like throwing your money to the trash.

Pros: The breakfast waitress was extremely friendly and most obliging. she made a horrible experience a little bit better.
Cons: We had to pay when we checked in whereafter we were told their were no rooms vacant the first two nights but they had arranged for us to stay at another hotel(limesgrove hotel) down the street. this room was also in much worse condition than the one we had bokked at enrico. not okay to find out after paying for 4 nights and only have 2 nights in the hotel we had booked and getting conformation from at least a months earlier. we also had to pay extra to pay with credit card instead of cash - another thing we had not been told in advance. the worst hotel experience ever!!!
