Pros: We were expecting a 'chain' hotel (ie ibis) but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the facilities and ambience of this property. reception, the bar and eating areas were warm, bright and inviting - had we been staying longer we would have eaten in the hotel. the staff were helpful and efficient. the location was great, a couple of minutes walk to the lovely town and shopping area. if we returned to trier we would return to this hotel.
