Cons: I've booked 2 rooms at grand hotel pupp, but was placed at adjacent park hotel pupp without any apologies. i could book park hotel for much cheaper rates. any explanations?????????????

Cons: Lack of practicability and ergonomy in facilities, example - a bathroom - beautiful but not practical; we asked for one double bed, we got two beds moved together; poor tv program
