Very nice hotel, all was perfect.A bit hard to find and park, but that's the only bad point about it.

staff is friendly, but, the B.B place doesn't have reception, so have to call the Number they shows on the door-ring, this is very bad ideal for Guest who from oversea or who doesn't have Moble phone with, at time was the nice stronger man call them for me. after call, I was wait for 15 mins outside the door. the receptionister was very fast to introduce the facilites for me then left the B.B. I was single stay in 2 beds room, the bed for me was clean, but other bed, even I don't use other bed, but that bed still in the same room, shouldn't be clean also?!

Pros: Very nice place for those who don't need many facilities at their stay . very good value for money
Cons: i arrived on december.very few hours of the day the room was warm. i told them to do something for the heat, they told me ok, but they didn't do anything.

Pros: Location is close to the train station. excellent trattoria just down the road (away from the train station). room was decent and clean, with the largest bathroom i saw in italy.
Cons: Contact with hotel staff was virtually non-existent. literally only saw a staff member at check-in. not a problem if you're an independent traveler, but if you require any kind of service, this is not the place for you.
