 "very good hostel, friendly staff"
the only problem i had was other people snoring and turning the light on at silly hours in the morning which disturbed my sleep but obviously if you're staying in a hostel this is expected. helpful staff.

I stayed 4 nights in the Hostel with my husband. The bed was very hard and the bed was creaking.Thanks to the reception man who printed out our check in paper for the airport+ special service ; )At the 5th floor the showerhad could not hang, so you'veto hold it in your hand.Good location near by the centrum.

 "Old Guys Feel the Heat!"
The service we found was good, with a front desk that was open every time we passed. So you knew if you had a problem there was someone there to speak to. There were 5 of us 'fifty-somethings' in our 8-bed room, divided amongst 4 sets of bunk beds. Not the most comfortable sleep I've ever had, but certainly not the worst! The large sag in the middle of the bunk provided a safe 'hammock-like' experience that prevented anyone from falling out onto the floor.Even though it was January, we had the windows fully open because the heat from the radiators made the room into an oven. I had read that people had had experience of coldness; maybe our room was drawing it from everyone elses! We tried turning off the radiators, but one of them was having none of it and continued to emit furnace-like heat.The toilets and showers were clean and there was no need to wait too long before getting in. The shower room on our floor was 'compact' and that made getting dry difficult, but the biggest challenge to achieving dryness were the tiny towels; luckily I took my own but the others had to manage with what they had got!The location is ideal, with only ~1km walk to the clock thing, other city centre attractions and bridges. The taxis aren't cheap, so walking is definitely a preferred option.In summary, it was excellent value and a great experience for our group.

Located in the heart of historic Prague, this Prague Hostel provides comfortable lodging near the National Theatre.

The Chilli Hostel Prague offers accommodation right in the heart of the city, in Prague 1. It is surrounded by many historical monuments, pubs, clubs, shops and restaurants. However, despite its central location, the hostel is very quiet. The brand new hostel is situated only two minutes from the National Theatre, seven minutes from Charles Bridge and ten minutes from the Old Town Square and busy Wenceslas Square. The hostel is very easy to reach via public transport.

The Chilli Hostel Prague features two common areas. On the ground floor, guests can find a fully equipped kitchen, a smoking corner, eight PCs with free internet and the possibility to meet many other travellers. The basement level is the perfect place to relax and socialise without worrying about disturbing your fellow travellers, since the closest rooms are on the first floor. You can make use of the pool table, juke box and karaoke machine.

The Chilli Hostel features double rooms, quadruple rooms and eight-bed dormitories. Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchenettes are shared and there is free bed linen, towels and hot water. Internet use is free of charge in the entire public area. Among its many amenities, the hostel offers the use of a luggage room, a safe in reception and lockers in the dormitories, as well as night security.
