Pros: This hotel is beautiful! it is only about 2 years old, the rooms are very clean and modern. it is close to the airport, so very convenient for travelers; i'm not sure i would stay here if visiting calgary for a vacation because of it's location, but it is perfect for those using the airport or for a quick stop-over. the attached restaurant is fabulous. we ate both dinner and breakfast there. staff at this hotel are professional, friendly and very helpful. the roof-top hot tubs were a nice treat. the web page makes it seem that there are tv screens up there as well, but i saw only a large painted screen area where a projection could occur, but it did not. i would definately stay at the acclaim again, it is definately the nicest and most modern (up-scale) airport hotel i have ever stayed at and very affordable.

Pros: I have on;y excellent things to say about this hotel. staff/employees were very friendly and accomodating. my room was excellent (internet was slow), my bed and pillows were comfy, the shower is incredible, the roof-top hot tub and music were soothing, the restaurant food was delicious, the airport shuttle ride was peaceful after a long travel day. the price point was just right. all around i enjoyed myself and look forward to staying here again on future trips. thanks acclaim hotel and staff!

Cons: I have lost an item at the hotel and i have emailed housekeeping about this and have not received a reply which is disappointing

Pros: We had a very relaxing stay at acclaim hotel in calgary. our room was great, staff were nice. we went for dinner at the restaurant and was quite impressed. after dinner we watched the sunset from the hot tubs located on the roof top... i would highly reccommend this hotel, it was the perfect way to end our trip!
