The hotel staffs were very friendly and the hotel is good!! Nearest everything, there are pharmacy near, bakeries, restaurants and supermarket! The staffs try to help you find any point of your interest.

I was pleased to find a 4 star hotel for 4 nights at only 216 Euros. The location is a bit far if you are trying to walk to the tourist center (Prado, Puerta de Sol, Plaza Mayor) but the metro is only one block from the hotel. Staff at the front desk were kind and helpful and the employees at the cafeteria were great to talk to and very attentive. I only took off a few points because a drain pipe was in the wall behind the headboard so if someone above showered or used water it made a loud sound and while everything was cleaned very well, bath gel bottles and soap bottles were not replaced in the bathroom. I would go back again and suggest the hotel to others.

Great facilities, very modern and chic decor, decent price. Loved it! The cafe restaurant serves breakfast sets for around 3 euros if you do not want to pay 12 euros for the buffet

staff were very helpful I had an issue with the third bed inn triple room and they changed it immediately I did feel we were in adouble room with an extra bed not a triple room as expected

We enjoyed our stay in the Ayre Hotel Colon in Madrid. The rooms were clean and big. The bathroom is well equiped. The staff is very kind. We haven't tryed the food in the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel during our 4 days city trip to Madrid. We had a spacious triple room with good beds, also our son had a good bed and did'nt have to sleep on the couch.The breakfast was good and for those who likes watching football could rightly in the lobby. However, the cleaning in the hotel could be better. Dust clouds in the corners, finger prints on the glass vases on the tables and the glass wall in the restaurant. We also found hair in the bathroom from the previous guests. Just 100 meters from the hotel is a metro station.

this hotel was perfectly situated for the Palacio de depor tes, even the Gran Via was only a short bus ride away. The Staff were very helpful and informative. the rooms were clean but be sure to state when booking if you require non smoking rooms otherwise you will be given smoking, not pleasant ! overall very nice hotel.

Pros: The location was good, so it was convenient for us since we were travelling with a baby.the metro station near the hotel is equipped with elevator service so we didnt have to carry the stroller up and down the stairs everytime.a convenient store in front of the hotel was open almost 24-7 so we got to but food items easily.and restaurants nearby offer good food with good prices.
Cons: Towards the end of our stay, our room started to get smelly constantly, like the toilet drain was stuck with something.if that was fixed then we would have nothing to complaint about.

Pros: I enjoyed the room and lunch (cafeteria) and dinner (restaurant) on the first day.
Cons: The cooked breakfast was cold. tha bain marie did not seem to be working. we were first in the restaurant for breakfast on outr last day. by the time we had our cerial there was only (cold!) sausage left. no eggs, no bacon. dinner on the second night was disappointing.

Pros: Room was spacious, bathroom excellent, the housekeeping brilliant. bedsheets and towels in bathroom changed everyday.
