Abba Atocha Hotel Madrid  

Pros: Great hotel for the cost. i did not expected that high quality!

Pros: Hotel situé sur une rue très passante à une distance de marche des principales attractions (musées, parcs, etc). personnel courtois. déjeuner-buffet bien garni mais un peu cher si on ne réserve pas une chambre avec déjeuner inclus.
garage facile d'accès.
Cons: Chambre assez petite surtout avec 2 lits simples. on doit s’asseoir sur le lit pour écouter la télé. on a quelques marches à franchir avec les valises pour accéder à l'hotel. il n'y a presque pas de restaurants à proximité mais le resto de l’hôtel offre une carte acceptable. cependant, il est peu fréquenté (nous étions les seuls clients...)donc pas d'ambiance.

Pros: Very clean hotel not far from the metro rail link..ideal location for my stay in madrid
as was going to watch celtic at the vincente calderon stadium which was walking distance

Pros: Very clean, fantastic bathroom - just rebovated. has a safe in the room, very comfortable beds. staff were friendly and helpful. wifi is available, but you have to pay.
Cons: No, but is at least a 25 minute walk to the cultural centre (prado museum, sofia museum, royal botanical gardens ). also not that close to the atocha train station, despite the hotel's name. you will need to take a taxi there, although the staff quickly and easily arrange this at no cost. it's only 10 mins by taxi, but too far to carry /wheel bags, back packs, etc as it is an uphill walk.

Pros: Enjoyed our stay very much , very good food

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly. the food in the restaurant was very good. the rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. the bathroom was very nice.
Cons: The location of the hotel wasn't very pleasant.
