 "Fabulous"
Everything was perfect. Room lovely & clean ~ and no noise from passing guests.Perfectly central and fed all our needs. Staff were friendly and most helpful & polite.Couldnt find any faults with the hotel at all

Cons: Room was very dirty with big lumps of plasterboard on the floor. we were woken at 8am the following morning by workmen renovating the adjacent rooms to us, we weren't advised if any renovation work when we checked in. very long queue at check in

Cons: Insufficient lifts....long wait or trudge up stairs.
long wait at the bar as bar staff did not serve customers in order.
lot of street noise in the rooms at the front of the hotel.

Pros: Very good hotel excellent for a stay in this area of birmingham for business or events. clean and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast at £6.50 was good value (for a hotel) but was ruined by being badly set out and managed. lots of waiting around and large queues - not a relaxing or good experience
