 "Great location"
Reasonable modern hotel in great location. Very close to docks and echo arena, but too expensive by far. More bar staff needed to clear empties and litter from tables. Room adequate. Why a charge for Wi-Fi in this day and age??

 "Good location, good views, helpful staff"
Pros: Good location, good views, helpful staff. room size and storage very good. clean room
Cons: We were kept awake on the second night of our stay by very noisy drunken guests returning to their rooms. i don't expect to have to ask people in the corridor to keep the noise down at 6.10am in the morning. something needs to be done about accompanying rowdy guests to their rooms so they don't disturb other guests who have paid good money to have a relaxing few nights away.

Cons: We were disturbed on both our nights at around 3.30 am by drunken guests returning to their rooms, in one case fighting, in the secomd loudly amourous - we did not complain as there was nothing that could be done, but by the same token the hotel made no effort to apologise.

a much smaller point, the room had a digital tv but without many channels operating - it had a few radio channels, but irritatingly no classical stations.
