 "Business Trip - One Night"
The hotel was practical for a short stay in Plymouth. Good breakfast, shower and bed are the most important aspects for me. The meal in the bar area was very nice and staff were helpful and attentive.

Pros: I received a discount for a legitimate complaint.
Cons: The computer deleted my booking when i had not arrived by 1.00am - despite my alerting the hotel three times to my late arrival. many maintenance issues came up - broken kettle, two irons which wouldn't work, a broken towel rail and more. and wifi was only available if you bought a drink in the bar and then only for a limited time. not really acceptable for a business hotel.

Cons: The only negative thing is the lack of the hotels own parking.

Cons: No car parks for driving visitors, extra £21 paid for car parking for the two days, no information to tell me that the room i booked did not include breakfast. i had to pay another £17 for breakfast on the first morning

Pros: Very happy with the hotel very comfortable room.
Cons: The stay was unfortunately ruined by the dinning staff making us pay for breakfast again another £17 the breakfast situation was embarassing for us as we had already paid for breakfast online, and the staff made me look small in front of other dinners and my relative who i booked with me, i'd even took the printed booking reservation with me and showed it to reception but the staff didn't seem to know the hotels booking system or policies we left eventually without a reason or an appology.
