"very helpful great location"

The suite was in a great location near to shops bars restaurants and also on the door step of the Vatican. The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi bath after a long d af walking around w walking around rome

"Great Location"

On arrival there was a problem with our room so we were taken to a sister hotel just around the corner, which was lovely. Unfortunately for us we had noisy neighbours (nothing to do with the hotel, it was a private residence) who decided to leave their television on full volume all night. Needless to say we didn't get a great deal of sleep on our first night. However, we were given the best room in our original hotel for the remainder of our stay which was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The service was very good, friendly staff who will do all they can to help, you can choose what breakfast you would like in your room from a selection of continental foods. The location is excellent - we could see the Vatican wall from our hotel window and we were in easy walking distance to the nearest Metro. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on our next visit to Rome.

"Nice clean big rooms, but lowsy breakfast"

We stayer for 4 nights to visit Rome. Location is good. Walking distance from the vatican and the Saint pieters basilica. There is a metro close by that brings you close to the colloseum and Piazza dei popolo. Only if you want to go to the trestevere or the old city center, the Location of the b&ben is not ideal. You can get there by bus, but it takes some time to work out which bus you need to take. The rooms were spacious, clean, and have a modern shower.Staff is friendly and helpfull. But if you aspecting a nice breakfast, this is not the place to stay. The first day we only got dry biscuits with jam. The next 3 days we've received 1 croissant per person and again some dry biscuits with jam. After 4 days we were glad that Our next hotel served something else then these biscuits. But overall we were happy with our stay. ,

"Amazing stay!"

Fantastic room with a view to die for! Breakfast was always delivered at the same time everytime and was delicious, the hydrotherapy shower was SO good! Would gladly go here again :) xxx

"Short break in Rome"

Hotel is small with only 5 rooms but is close to metro and only a short walk from the Vatican. The area also boasts plenty of places to eat and although it is quite a busy shopping area none of this could be heard in the room. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival and staff were freindly and helpfull during our stay. Room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and there was a fridge containing cold drinks and water with a 1 euro charge which we did use on a couple of occasions. To sumarise I think this hotel is in an ideal location to get to all Rome's sights on foot or by metro and I would recomend it to any one wanting a quiet freindly base.

This hotel is very good situated, near the Vatican Museum and near the Metro, average 15 minutes from center of old city. The boss and staff are very friendly and they advise very well.

"A simple uncomplicated stay"

If you are looking for a base to explore Rome from then we found this place second to none. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Vatican, St Peters square and the Metro, it coudnt have been more convenient. We chose this hotel on a budget and we were not disappointed. The staff were fantastic - not in your face but there to help with really good recommendations for a meal etc. The breakfast was fine -excellent coffee. I have already recommended this to a couple of friends who want to go to Rome to explore and get out and about - if you are looking for a hotel to spend time in perhaps this will not be the place for you.

"not so bad"

i was happy with my room even if it was a bit small and the bed next to the fridge was hard to sleep in because of the noise . otherwise the service is good and it's well located .the breakfest was good .

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. the room was very neat and tidy and the location was excellent. i traveled with my sister and we both were very happy with the service and would recommend the b&b to our friends visiting rome.
Cons: Only on arrival as we did not have instructions that helped us make contact. we had not stayed in a b & b before & did not know to locate the 'buzzer' and ring through to reception. we asked people on the street to help us and after 20 minutes the waiter from next door helped us.

Great Location

Le Suite di Via Ottaviano Bed and Breakfast Rome is located in a 19th century building in the heart of Rome in front of Risorgimento Square and the Vatican Museums. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many of the historic sites of the city.

Le Suite di Via Ottaviano Bed and Breakfast Rome is comparable to a 5-star hotel for the services, with a rate of a bed & breakfast. Housed in a magnificent historic palace built in the 1800s, this luxurious accommodation has Wi-Fi internet access and paid parking. One of the suites is a non-smoking room and equipped with private whirlpool shower and Jacuzzi.

In the Via Ottaviano Suites you can rest magnificently because the mattresses and the pillows are fabricated in anti-allergic, anti-mite latex. The sheets are of refined woven percale, all in a pleasant, kind, and refined atmosphere.
