 "this hotel was no rooms left when we arrive after a long day!"
the hotel was full booked the receptionist sent us to a hotel in the chain without calling that was also booked so she then made a few calls after we came back with angry faces n sent us to a 4 STAR!!!

Pros: The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the location very good with close underground/rail links. right next to the main ku-damm shopping street and only a 15 minute walk to the europa centre
