Friendly staff but wasn't into the city tax charged at the check-out. Restaurant too expensive for us and shuttle bus: expect queue jumpers and rudeness. Very clean and modern. An hours walk from centre but ten minutes on crowded bus or tram. Overall very nice.

Cons: Although we had booked four rooms when we arrived the hotel told us that the booking was only for 3 rooms and that they were fully booked. they managed to get us an additional room after the 2nd day, but this was highly inconvenient.

Cons: Our contract said it was billed when we booked, but we were charged at checkout,and we were asked "euros or dollars?" with our taxi waiting, and i blew $40 or so in exchange fees by answering dollars. still do not know if we were charged twice for the room, and will not be home to check until late december

Pros: Lovely hotel, very comfy beds, nice sized rooms, free internet access, easy to access via public transport.

Cons: Swimming pool was closed, it only opens in the summer supposedly but the website doesn't say anything to that effect. we stayed there at the end of may when it was hot and pool was closed.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and stuff was friendly.
Cons: Location is little bit too outside of centrum, if you forgot something to hotel you dont want to go back to get it. 20-30min from centrum when using 170 bus line.
also wifi didnt work with nokia n97 mini.

Pros: The best bed we ever slept in in europe.staff was great! large comfortable room.
Cons: The restaurant was not opened very many hours and they need a wider selection of foods. the only choice for breakfast was the buffet. they need an al carte menu!!!

Pros: Clean and comfortable with good service and friendly staff. use of internet facilities very useful. hotel located near busy suburb with easy access to supermarket, shops, restaurants and good bus service into city centre.
Cons: The hotel advertises a sun terrace with swimming pool. this is not available until june. there was no reference to the closure on the website and i was disappointed not to be able to enjoy a sunbed and good book in the sun during my stay at the end of april / beginning of may.
