Pros: It was difficult not having access to the laundry or internet over the weekend after saturday midday. i understand the staff also need a break but when you are there for a short time, this could be a problem.it wouls also be very convenient to have access to a public telephone in the complex and also some number to call in case of an emergency.
Cons: No, we had a great stay.

Pros: We have only good things to say about the borgo pio 2000. the welcome by the staff was warm, inviting and helplful. the location for our purposes was excellent - three blocks from the vatican, surrounded by many cafes with great food selections. the suites were clean and well furnished with kitchen facilities. we would definitely recommend this apartment/hotel.

 "I loved staying here"
Pros: I loved staying here. we had a full kitchen and dining room, two full bedrooms, and a bathroom. we had a view of the small piazza in front and we were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the city. it was a quick walk to st. peters, and not too far from the rest of the city. we took a cab to the colosseum and walked back, stopping along the way at all the fun stuff there is to see. there was a fabulous restaurant just behind the hotel where the food was great. also, there is internet in the basement, as well as laundry, though its spendy. the internet was down and the woman working in the office let me use one of the office computers to check my email, i thought that was really nice.
Cons: We had some issues with the elevator. if you dont close the outer door completely, it wont run. sometimes it would stop between floors. that is the only bad thing i have to say, i would definately stay here again.

not far from underground and bus stops.
everything you'll need in the kitchen. really good restaurant just around the corner

Cons: I expected wooden floor. and sometimes was a bad smell from bathroom tubes. i advise ask for the room not on the first floor.

Cons: noisy due to lots of appartments, people and wooden floors. not told where to put rubbish - 2 roads away. expensive, but most places within walking distance and so no fares.
