Cons: Economy rooms are small
Cons: Not a very flexible staff...
Cons: Rooms are a bit run down but clean. towels are quite worn and getting old. not what one would expect at a boutique hotel.
Cons: The room cleanliness was poor, and the toiletries that were to be there, were not. which is a shame as flying nowadays with hand luggage only. this helps to have these things as it causes less fuss at airports. at one stage had to go and ask for toilet paper. the cream carpet!!!! was never hoovered in the entire week.
Cons: Rest of staff were surly. breakfast was horrible. rooms were too small, and noisy
Cons: 5 minutes delayed for breakfast and i did not get any...even people were sitting there at least 20min. after i was denied. the food were still there....not impressed with the service...
Cons: This is not really negative but there were mirrors everywhere including full length in the shower but not one in the bathroom in a convenient place for putting on makeup etc
