Cons: Our room card key never worked so we had to keep asking the reception staff to open it and they, understandly, had other people to serve so this took some time. our friends room stank on arrival so had to move, which took ages. also, the hostel bar never opened once in the 4 days we were there
we stayed as a family and worked fine.
staff are very friendly
Cons: The teenagers @hotel are noisy at night. we have to complain everynight.
the wifi is out / slow and almost impossible to use
Cons: This is an hostel, not a hotel. breakfast is lame, it's ok but nothing special, and i've tasted better ones for the same price in other hostels.
