Cons: 1. first night at 1 am someone entered our room with a pass card. the manager said that a new guest had been given the same room in error.
2. too much noise transmission from room to room and through door from hallway.
3. hotel booked parties in basement party room thursday and friday nites of our stay. music volume increased through the evening to 1:30 am end. difficult to sleep with noise.
4. internet wifi charge too expensive.
5. rooms on the small side for $200 a night.

Cons: Staff would not take off the charge for not arriving the first night since we did not call within 24 hours. we were stranded in warsaw because of the plane crash on nov 2 that landed safely without landing gear, but stopped in the middle, blocking both runways, and the airport closed and all flights were cancelled. we called the hotel immediately after arriving at the airport and finding our flight cancelled. the person we talked to said no problem and no charge since we called as soon as we could. after arriving the front desk staff and at check-out would not remove the charge.
Cons: Staff was not super friendly and bed was very uncomfortable
Cons: I was on the 5th floor and granted this was an old building but there was a lot of floorboard creaking noise and voices from the people above us, both early morning and late again about 11pm.
Cons: Upon arrival we were greeted by an unfriendly lady who insisted we had only reserved one room. luckily i had my reservation printout. she still said that i did not have any reservation until another lady stepped in and was nice enough to check us in
Cons: Yes - too slow to get my room - maybe more cleaning staff are needed - this would alleviate the embarrassment for the brilliant receptionist that i encountered. they really do try to do their best but with slow cleaning staff what can they do? not a good initial impression.
