Pros: Going home to shower.
Cons: Paper hanging off ceiling, cramped, black toilet basin, dirty shower (afraid to use it), wouldn't go back.

 "Relaxed atmosphere"
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere. guests consisted mainly of families or couples looking for a cosy budget accommodation. the staff was friendly and breakfast large enough to keep you going till afternoon.
Cons: Rooms were kept in good order but it seems the cleaning people had not been told or trained to clean the toilet (shared by several rooms in the same floor) properly: the toilet bowl was dirty from the beginning to the end. this is something i would not expect even at a two star hotel. the room was so small that after fitting in your baggage you could hardly turn yourself in the room. there was only 1 hanger available for all our wardrobe so we ended up mainly storing it in the luggage throughout the journey.

Pros: Staff were lovely very friendly. having previously lived in the area this was like going home. so central to london you can walk eveywhere and with holland park around the corner what more could you wish for

Cons: With only one bedlamp the use of the romm was limited. there where no toothglases in the bathroom. nowhere to hang use toweles, nowhere to hang close outside the cupboard.
