"Think twice before you stay!!!"

Although at the heart of Termini, location is bit scary for single traveller like me. Drunk men at the very side of the hotel main entrance, typical low class accommodation. Room is very poor, not even a decent chair to sit on, en suite with only curtain for cover. Not good considering the price I had to pay for my stay. The only good side is staff are really friendly and helpful but they are not there 24 hours either.

"Ahhh OK for the price"

Location. Close to Station so easy access to Airport/Metro Bus etc but not a particularly charming area, I would go elsewhere next time.Service. Very helpful, pleasant bloke runs the placeRoom. had a bit of character but needed a repaint and a more thorough clean. Street outside can be a bit noisy at night.

"Average"

2 min to the train station, some average tourist restaurants in the street. From the train station wich is also the bus station you can take a bus or the metro to go to other point of interest in the city. Room is ok but could be better, the confort of the bed in the standard room is not so good.

"IKEA Positive Style"

There is a lot wrong with IKEA but nothing with WRH Termini, fully furnished by it. Very nice budget way to convincingly look creative and contemporary. And generous in decoration, rather than the stingy basics most common in this price range. Room was spacious too, self-service kitchen very handy with a great espresso maker, and the location obviously perfect. Note that we stayed at the smaller WRH with 6 rooms in a lovely old building. On the other side of Termini is another, according to staff larger, newer, but less cozy and quiet WRH

"Exellent place to stay"

The location is brilliant and two min walk from the train station. The restaurants around the location are nice. The service in the hotel was amazingNothing way to much for the staff. They went out of there way to help ensure our stay was amazing. They where helpful telling us about different location so we could choose where to go.

"What a great find!"

WRH Termini was a fantastic find. When I first booked this hotel I was a little leery about the location, but it is fabulous! You are very close to the Termini train station but on a small side street so noise isn't a problem. From Termini you can get just about anywhere in Rome and buses leave regularly from the terminals to all major airports. When the staff is around (normally from about 9.30a to 3.30p and whatever time you check in) they are super helpful. They even helped us make a reservation for dinner.We had been on the road for a week and a half at this point and it was great to have such a nice and spacious room. Have a computer with internet access in the room was icing on the cake! The only disappointment was the shower that looked like it was going to be the first good shower we had in weeks. Instead the water went everywhere but on you and was intermittently hot and cold. But if that is the worst thing I have to say about the place then I think it's a find!I would highly recommend WRH Termini and will definitely book there again if I get back to Rome.

"Fantastic and friendly staffs"

Pros: Fantastic and friendly staffs. brilliant location to termini rome. easy access to subways or hoho bus.
bed are comfy. nice communal kitchen and free coffee.
what else can you asking for!!
Cons: Maybe just the bathroom is a little small.

"Staff was friendly and helpful"

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. note: they are not on site 24 hours a day, which is not a problem. they inform you of this, but it is good to know before booking. the rooms were nicely done, with in-room laptops with lan connection, very clean and comfortable. staff was not only helpful, but assisted in finding solutions for booking changes and transport around rome.

Pros: Laptop with free internet in the cool decorated room was a nice surprise. great location, just a few steps away from termini station. the staff was very friendly also. breakfast is not included, but there's a little kitchen that can be very useful.
Cons: I had a great stay at the wrh, but it's more like renting a room than being in a hotel. for me was perfect, but people who needs assistance 24 hours (reception is not always open)might find this unpleasant.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. they waited for us after working hours because we had a lete flight to rome and booked some galery tickets for us since we could not do it on line from home. insted of 1 bedroom for 4 people that we booked, they put us in a seperate appartment with 2 bedrooms. all recomendations for wrh termini

Pros: Very good location (4 min from termini station and teravision bus stop), kind staff (free luggage storage after check-out), warm room temperature and free wi-fi.
Cons: There was no hot water in the shower on the 1st day, but it was fixed from the next day. the shower space was too small and dark. a few shelves in the bathroom could be useful.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the termini rr station, so access is very easy (but not noisy). various restaurants in the area. i'll definately be staying here again for any future roman holidays.

Pros: Room is pretty clean, and location is excellent - very central near termini station. the bedroom is very uniquely-designed and bed is comfortable. the free coffee and breakfast snacks are a plus too. and they give free wi-fi to boot, something most hotels in europe have been severely lacking.

our main guy is alessandro - a patient and friendly man who explains lots of questions we asked.

overall, we're pretty pleased with the experience.
Cons: Shower and sink area were very small, and the hot water system needs improvement.

This Rome Hotel is located in the city centre close to Termini Station, the Coliseum and the Roman Forum.

WRH Termini can be found at 23 Via Milazzo. The hotel is located just a couple of hundred metres away from the city's main transport hub and train station, Termini (and the Air Terminal), which means that you will comfortably be able to reach most parts of the city by public transport. The area is one of the city's main accommodation districts and to cater for this, you will find numerous shops, as well as cafés and restaurants offering a large selection of Italian and ethnic cuisines. Finally, such a central location means that you can quickly reach many of Rome's famous sights on foot, such as the Coliseum and Roman Forum (15 minutes), the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain (20 minutes), and Piazza Navona (less than 30 minutes).
