 "Good hotel"
Nice hotel, about 25 min walk to duomo. 10 by tram. THE staff does speak english quite well. The room is not that fancy but has everything a tourist needs. The wifi is free and the internet connection is fast

 "Less Than We Paid For"
Dear EasyToBook.com,Simply put, we did not receive some of the features that helped us make our decision on this hotel. Listed below:1. Safe - the housing but no SAFE2. Air Conditioning - It was on because you could hear it but it wasn't working3. Satelitte TV - We Couldn't get it to workWhen we made complaints about the AC & SAFE we were told that this was the 1st day of operation after renovation. Maybe that explains why everything was not in place & working.My wife complained about the AC (she has allergies & can't open the windows) & the manager told us to be patient & that since it is the 1st day of operation we must give it some time. After the 1st sleepless night (95 degrees) we approached him again & he offered us another room. He advised us to check it out & see if it was any better than the AC in our room - it was exactly the same & no safe either. So we stayed in our room & asked for the maintenance staff to take a look. Nothing happened.As far as the safe, my wife carried her valuables around all day while we were in Milan.The TV wasn't a HUGE issue because we were rarely around but the one night we DID want to watch we couldn't get it to work.On check out the management did NOT offer us any discount on the room so i just decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company.Thank youAnthony LoGuercio

 "No value for the money"
The hotel is well located and relatively inexpensive for what you may find in Milan - 5 min walk to tram, 10 min ride to Duomo. Even though my room had its own bathroom, the room itself was very small. My room was next to the elevator, so Icould hear all the other guests walking by. The receptionist at first denied the inclusion of free wi-fi (included in the reservation) but the next day he reconsidered and gave us internet access as "a favor". My overall impression is poor. Consider other options

 "Clean and closer to city within 10 mins drive"
Pros: Clean and closer to city within 10 mins drive. reasonable room rate except the garage is too small and costly at eur 20.
Cons: Nothing much negative except the garage is a bit costly at eur 20.
