Cons: The breakfast service staff is very unfriendly and arrogant
the breakfast room is too tiny for so many guests so you always have to wait untill some guest has finished his breakfast
from the staffs room above the kitchen you can hear all their loud quarrals
Cons: Our room was not on the same building as the reception, it was in a building in front of it. the hall of that building was not that good and the elevator was very very small.
the bathroom had a problem on the first day but they fixed it on the same day.
Cons: We were put in a room in an appartment block opposite the hotel. problems with shower that took some time to sort out.
Cons: Unfortunately my girlfriends ring went missing along with a £20 note from her bag. we are fairly sure the maid took it as nobody else had access to our room and it was definately in the room prior to us going out for the day. however we can't prove it and a safe was available to us in the room so more fool us, this incident would not put us off staying here again.
