Cons: We needed a taxi to the airport and in the reception they would call for one. in the city we had seen, that it would cost 30 euro. but the receptionist "did not know anything about that". the day before leaving he made an appointment for another taxi. on the way to the airport - very early in the morning - we found out, that it was not a taxi, but a private car!!! the "taxi" driver (cousin to the receptionist????)did not understand english..........and we had to pay 45 euro;this amount was an agreement between the driver ang the receptionist.don´t no why, but we payed and would really like, if the hotel paid us back the 15 euro..???

Cons: Wi-fi is available only in lobby and o have to get outside to get to the lobby.

Pros: The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location was excellent.
Cons: The only slight negative was that the rooms were tiny for two people and that you could hear everything from the rooms on either side.

Pros: In general, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. we were able to book several tours through the front desk, and they also assisted in arranging for our transportation to the airport.
Cons: Typical with european hotels, the rooms are not as spacious as the hotel rooms in the us that you would pay for at their daily rates. once you are able to overlook the smallness of the rooms, the ambiance of this quaint environment can be appreciated.

Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. the room was compact but full of character. our room was spotless on arrival and kept that way all week! towels were changed every day. breakfast was fulfilling.

Pros: We had a plesant stay, friendly english-speaking staff, excellent breakfast and every day a nice clean room!
Cons: Despite a comfort, the bed wasn't, we didnt sleep very well because the matras was very hard.. (room 16).

Pros: We were stranded in the ash cloud period and the kindness of the staff along with their practical assistance was much apreciated. the hotel facilities are basic however location and price are great for rome

Pros: Friendly staff. very good location - in walking distance of lots of sights. close to lots of eating places of all different types and prices.
Cons: The room we stayed in could do with washing/painting, marks etc on walls. shower cubicle looked clean but when you closed the sliding doors mould/dirt could be seen along the bottom of screen.

Pros: Location is great, easy to find, walking distance from different attractions and transport, metro, there are places to buy cheap and good food or have a great pizza if you want to pay a bit more.
staff always very helpful and you feel welcome.
Cons: There is a couple of things that we didn't like, our room 112 was in front of the elevator and it makes too much noise, if people arrive late they will wake you up, the bathroom didn't have the stand for the shower and they could easy fix that, and last bit, the breakfast could be more substancial, the coffea is great and staff really nice but i would rahter go for a buffet.
