Cons: Bad acoustic in the building - you can hear your neighbors and elevator :) i was with a small child (2 years old) and the men who lived under my apartament came to me and said that we are too loud, but we behaved normally!
Cons: The beds are not for two people but for one. or you enlarge one of the beds or you have to sale just 2 beds per apartment.
the noise from the street wasn’t disturbing at all. a great location just 5minutes walk from metro and very close to all madrid’s attractions.
Cons: Not enough glasses, bad insulation, loud teenagers in the neighbouring rooms, needs a mirror somewhere else than only in the bathroom, this would safe time for women to get ready in the morning
Cons: The location was central but we were right next to a bar/club and there was alot of noise until around 6 in the morning so we were unable to sleep.. at times it was quite scary and very rowdy.
another negative was that our toilet did not flush in our apt. we rang the emergency number and the lady did send someone to have a look at it. he couldnt do anything so he gave us the key to another 1 bed apt so we could use the toilet. we were lucky that there was another room available otherwise what would have they done?
Cons: Would be nice with more glasses and cups so we couldt invite our frinds who also booked into prado apartments
Cons: Check-in was very slow, very far from apartments, a real pain!
Cons: Music in the bar under the apartment till 4:00 am in saturday night.

Cons: Since the flat is located in an apartment house, late night the neighbours were noisy. 1% additional fee charged in case of card payment.
Cons: The apartment was not cleaned very well. we had to reclean the shower and sweep the floor. our feet were black from just walking on it. the internet that we were promised did not work. even after repeated emails.
